• Processing orders by transmitting it to the restaurants through phone or email in a swiftly manner
• Assisting customers in placing their order online, providing information on restaurants, cuisines, and giving recommendations when necessary
• Improving customer experience by assisting customers from order, tracking, delivery and follow up.
• Providing personalized customer service of the highest level

• Clear and precise speaking skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to demonstrate effective interaction with customers in a friendly, courteous, and informative manner
• Service minded
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications and Google docs
• Fluent in Thai and good level of spoken and written English
