Senior SEO & SEM Specialist is responsible for all media buying strategy for paid search, display, videos and re-marketing in AdWords to meet business KPIs.

• Manage the day-to-day SEM activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research (discovery and expansion) for paid search campaigns.
• Work with the content specialist on the development of ad copy for SEM.
• Provide regular SEO analysis and recommendations for website content and on-site optimisation.
• Monitor Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools daily to identify potential SEO issues.
• Conduct ongoing website assessments and implement best SEO practices across web, mobile and social.
• Help establish SEO processes for content and tech developer team and ensure technical SEO best practices are adhered to.
• Provide detailed report on SEM and SEO effectiveness to drive decisions and resource investments based on the data.
• Stay up to date on the latest search engine updates and develop strategies based on new opportunities and industry changes.

• A minimum of 3+ years of SEO and SEM experience.
• Digital Agency background is preferred.
• Must have Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certification.
• Strong familiarity with Google Tag Manager, search engine algorithms, keyword searches and SEO software tools.
• Understanding of basic web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
