Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. They explore, produce and market oil and natural gas. They are now seeking an experienced person for the position of Customer Inventory Stock (Wet Stock)

• Executing Wet Stock Management Administration to fulfil accountabilities for the monitoring and investigation of all-relevant WSM processes.
• Ensuring compliance from all parties and that all mandatory tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Providing contract management support for contract set up and maintenance, executing contract legal and fiscal requirements, following up directly with retail partners on missing documentation, ensuring contracts are signed and stored in line with local country requirements, reviewing contract performance and owning contract documentation archiving and termination.
• Setting up and maintaining end-to-end pricing data, including confirming pricing; managing price increases and changes; implementing discounts-on-bills, rebates and charge backs; ensuring invoice accuracy and resolving pricing related errors and disputes.
• Providing "One Team" support for sales in owning and resolving all issues related to deals, analysing outcomes and providing feedback to colleagues who communicate directly with Customers.

• Male or female
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Previous experience in analytical and/or document management field is preferred.
• Possess a strong ability to analyse, compute and convey numerical data.
• Active personality and service minded with good communication skills.
• Computer literate – able to adeptly follow system procedures (SAP experience is a plus).
• Good command of English.
• Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills.
