About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional to develop expertise in accounting and finance in a fast-paced tech environment.

You'll work closely with senior management, handling essential financial operations and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor signed quotations and sending of Purchase Orders (PO)
• Prepare Invoices for clients - Generate and send client invoices - communicate to clients on due dates
• Vendor registration - register new clients based on each client requirements
• Maintain up to date list of AR - Track outstanding invoices and monitor payment statuses
• AR collection - Contact companies for outstanding invoices and collect any invoices due through direct calls & emails
• Petty cash management - Maintain petty cash fund, record petty cash expenses and process payments
• Office procurement - Occassionally purchase office supplies and equipment
• Execute Supplier payments - Process approved payments to suppliers and update payment records
• Analysis of company monthly spending - Analyze monthly expenses, prepare detailed spending reports and present to Management and Head of Finance
• Collect, organize and send all invoices for external accounting - organize documentation and coordinate with external accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes
• Strong communication skills, good command of English is preferred
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical mindset
