• Leading Account management team.
• To process account management tasks including account opening, change of client's info, and etc. and ensure accuracy and efficiency of daily operation.
• To participate and contribute to systems development and process improvement projects relevant to account management department.
• Process account opening.
• ATS registration.
• Update client's information.
• Maintain commission rate for all equity and TFEX products.
• Verify W-8BEN and assign special tax benefit for Offshore clients.
• Verify and update client 's high net worth status.
• Bachelor Degree in Business administration/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Management.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in account management/ operations department in securities companies Have experiences to manage the team.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial products and brokerage services.
• Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Moderate levels of English proficiency both speaking and writing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
