• Who We're Looking For.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Political Science, HRM, Mass Comm, PR, Advertising or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Communications, or GA.
• A people-person: excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, service-minded vibes.
• Energetic, creative, and proactive.
• Proficiency in communication tools, digital media, or design software will be an advantage.

• Develop and implement supplier quality plans and strategies for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments and quality evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers to address quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and production to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality processes, testing requirements and documentation standards.
• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and projects, including process optimisation and capability development programmes.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation and records for audit trail and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Mentor and support junior quality team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates on supplier quality performance and risks.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems, including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive quality requirements.
• Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments using structured methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse quality data, identify trends and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers at all levels.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and systems, including statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• Experience with quality documentation systems and ERP software.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Experience in automotive safety-critical component manufacturing or certification knowledge (e.g. IATF certifications).
