Job Descriptions :

• Drive new growth opportunities for Transaction Banking by identifying market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and shaping innovative digital payment, cross-border payment, cash management, and regional treasury propositions.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and ecosystem analysis, payment landscape to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
• Develop business cases, commercial models, and new propositions from concept through pilot and scale-up.
• Build and negotiate partnerships with fintechs, payment service providers, digital platforms, wallet operators, ecosystem partners, and regional partner banks.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Global Markets, Risk, and Compliance to ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally deliverable, and compliant.

• Prepare strategic recommendations and executive presentations, while monitoring the opportunity pipeline and business outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• 6-8 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, Corporate Treasury, Fintech, Digital Banking, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing business cases, new business propositions, strategic partnerships, or growth initiatives.
• Good understanding of payment ecosystems, digital payments, cross-border payments, and transaction banking solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior management.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
