For this role you will get to

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture, covering both frontend and backend perspectives.
• Design the application architecture and give technical direction for Mobile Banking applications and backend application, ensuring scalability, performance, and secure design principles to the team.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, technology stack, and development guidelines for application teams.
• Work with system architects, infrastructure team, developers and QA to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and delivery quality.
• Validate that non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, usability) are addressed in application design.
• Participate in architecture governance processes and provide guidance in technical decision-making.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with the bank’s digital strategy.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural reviews for engineering teams.

• Lead or support Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts for evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, or architecture patterns to assess feasibility, performance, and operational impact.

• Provide technical leadership during production issues or incidents, working with development and operations teams to Identify root causes, Propose and coordinate short-term remediation to restore service quickly and also provide long-term solution to improve system reliability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development and at least 3 years in an architectural role.

· Experience in and understanding of Scrum Agile development.

· Experience in banking and banking processes.

• Knowledge of modern mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
