Job Description / Responsibilities:

Project Manager

· Leading initiative project and deliver change and impact to all Retail and Consumer Banking businesses


· Initiate process / business model as well as manage among all product proposition to balance them in order


to achieve the optimal financial results.


· Manage new service and new feature enhancement at the initial stage until can transfer to responsible group (Which may have to responsible to develop as well)


· Develop System or Process to support Retaining program by increasing customer satisfaction and creating


repetitive purchase / loyalty to existing customers from new product development and service improvement.


· Apply appropriate project management processes to ensure the successful conclusion of a given project


· Ensure the implementation of retail banking projects with the channel project owners


· Provide roadmap on the key retail banking initiatives to achieve the retail banking strategy

Qualifications:


· Master’s degrees or bachelor’s degree Major in any related fields


· Experience more than 5-8 years in Project Management in consumer lending products and banking business.


· Strong knowledge in the retail banking market in terms of products & services, knowledge and understanding of business model, strength & weaknesses of both bank and non-bank institutions,and understanding of direct and indirect competitors and their products.
