1. Support user-side IT project execution including requirement clarification, documentation (BRD/CR), testing preparation, and coordination with IT teams and vendors.
2. Assist in threshold tuning activities for AML systems (Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, Transaction Filtering) through data collection, analysis, validation, and documentation.
3. Perform data mapping, system testing, regression testing, and defect tracking to ensure system accuracy and quality.
4. Provide BAU support for FCC systems such as KYC and monitoring tools, including basic troubleshooting and issue coordination.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for UAT scheduling, requirement alignment, and issue follow-ups.
7. Support additional technology tasks, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields.

- Project management, system analysis, or compliance-related training is a plus.

- 1–3 years in IT systems, data analysis, or technology roles in financial institutions preferred.

- Exposure to system testing, data mapping, or IT project support is an advantage.

- FCC systems experience (KYC, TM, Screening) is beneficial but not required.

- Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are welcome.

- Basic knowledge of system architecture, data structures, and documentation.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to support testing and project tasks.

- Good communication skills and working English proficiency.

- High integrity, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn under guidance.
