Job Summary

Specialist, Product Development (Product Management & Transformation Manager) This role will drive end-to-end prioritization and simplification of the consumer business product and project portfolio while supporting key technology transformation initiatives and ensures alignment between marketing, product development, and IT to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and modernize core systems.

Job Responsibilities* 1. Backlog Prioritization & Pipeline Tracking - Own and maintain a consolidated project backlog across business units for prioritization activities - Ensure portfolio-level transparency on project status, dependencies, and risks - Develop structured reporting (for PD leadership and CCBO go-to-market forum) 2. Product Simplification - Drive initiatives to simplify product structures and configurations - Collaborate with PD, marketing, and IT teams to implement simplification initiatives 3. Process Optimization & Automation - Identify inefficiencies and manual interventions in the current processes - Engage with internal/external consultants if required - Collaborate with PD to improve the process (i.e. reengineering, automation, and/or tool replacement) - Implement best practices (e.g., lean, agile, Kanban for operations) to improve throughput 4. Technology Transformation Program (Support) - Support large-scale transformation programs (e.g. CRM/EPC modernization, product simplification) from a Consumer Business point of view - Coordinate inputs (e.g. requirements, use cases) from internal teams and program/transformation managers - Ensure alignment with future-state architecture and product model

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience in product management, project management, or consulting (preferably with 1+ years in telecom). Experience in large-scale transformation programs and vendor collaboration. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Portfolio management and prioritization expertise. Process optimization and automation mindset. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
