Key Responsibilities: Co-working & Service - provide food and beverage services to customers and share information about True Sphere benefits and Black Card privileges. Sales & Operations - function as a cohesive team member while managing daily operations, finances, inventory, and systems. Responsibilities include product recommendations and preventing fraud to protect company interests. Customer Support - handle customer complaints professionally, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer-related fields; Minimum 1 year customer service experience; Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Ability to work shift schedules (5 days/week); Experience with various data systems and platforms; Food and beverage service knowledge; Professional demeanor with proper etiquette.
