Responsibilities

• Provides Pre-Sales documentation including design document, presentation, proposal, data flow diagrams, logical diagrams
• Lead meeting and present the Wire/Wireless LAN solution to prospective customers
• Provides Wire/Wireless LAN Product/Solutions Demonstration and Proof-of-Concept
• Provides Wire/Wireless Site Surveying, Creating Network Drawing (Visio), Solution designs and Survey report.
• Work with local distributor to deliver Wire/Wireless LAN solutions to customer.
• Provide bidding. compliance and pre-sales support document
• Evaluate and develop approach to Wire/Wireless solutions, Studies new products and technologies
• Attend Vendor's products/technologies training or seminar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/ computer or related field
• 3-5 years experience in support, maintain and install IT application systems for medium to large organization
• Experience in troubleshooting and investigating IT system/application incidents
• Excellent service mind and good customer service skill
• Good command of spoken and written in English
