- Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies, workforce plans, manpower budgets, and organization structures.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, employer branding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, salary reviews, and annual bonus processes.
- Manage HRMS/HRIS, employee data governance, HR analytics, dashboards, and digital HR workflows.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, job evaluation, job grading, and salary structures.
- Drive learning and development, talent management, succession planning, career paths, and individual development plans.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, investigations, and HR communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PDPA requirements, company policies, audit standards, and corporate governance.
- Oversee HR operations, shared services, office administration, vendors, contracts, facilities, and related budgets.
- Lead and develop HR teams while providing professional HR advice to senior management and business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, Organization Management, Law, or a related field. A relevant masterâs degree is an advantage.
At least 8â10 years of experience in HRM or full-function HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience supporting multiple business units, corporate offices, and operational or manufacturing sites.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, labor law, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS, HR analytics, dashboards, and employee data governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or related analytical tools.
- Good command of English for business communication, coordination, presentations, and documentation.
