• Investigate complex LMS issues, including training that does not assign or remains incomplete, by reproducing the issue, reviewing configurations and learner history, analyzing content or SCORM behavior, documenting root cause, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop, reconcile, and validate learning reports for compliance, ISO, safety, audit readiness, business decisions, and executive reporting; investigate discrepancies and protect training-record accuracy.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for SuccessFactors releases, system enhancements, learning content, reporting access, and learner workflows by writing test scenarios, logging defects, validating fixes, and confirming production readiness.
• Partner with program managers, instructional designers, HRIS, IT, Compliance, EHS, business leaders, and vendors to translate learning requirements into effective, scalable system solutions.
• Maintain learning governance through consistent naming conventions, data standards, security roles, system configuration, and documented controls.
