The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of coating and resin systems with a focus on quality, innovation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. • Lead and execute complex R&D projects from concept to commercialization.

• Hands-on experience with analytical and performance testing equipment (e.g., viscometer, spectrophotometer, gloss meter, FTIR, DSC, TGA).
• Knowledge of resin synthesis and polymerization techniques is a plus.
