• Design and develop back-end applications and APIs that support our healthcare platforms and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise back-end systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations relevant to healthcare systems.
• Participate in the design and architecture of database schemas and system infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience as a Back-end Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, or Go.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with web service architecture and microservices design patterns.
• Understanding of software security best practices and secure coding principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
