- Develop and deliver an effective partnerships strategy around initiatives that increase brand awareness, reinforce the brand ethos and drive the business KPIs.
- Conceptualize & drive partnerships that contribute to both the Pomelo brand awareness & traffic KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global media to drive and influence positive media coverage and exposure.
- Build relationships with local stylists, publications, entertainment organizations on product placement and sponsorship initiatives.
- Work closely with the PR, Social team, and Merchandising team to coordinate media events, talent deliverables, and product seeding.
- Partner with the Retail team to ensure effective partnerships that surprise and delight our customer in store.
- Be constantly looking for new opportunities to collaborate with brands, media & other partners to increase brand exposure and customer experience.
- Coordinate execution across multiple cross functional teams to meet deadlines and add value to partners and the organization.
- Track, evaluate and suggest improvements for each collaboration.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
