• Meeting, Discussing and Collecting with user on their space planning and renovation requirement.
• Coordinating, Communicating and setup with various key stakeholders i.e. Designer, Vender, IT, Security and User.
• Overseeing the progress of work to ensure the completion within project schedule and good workmanship and safety.
• Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the approved amount.
• Creating and maintain project progress report.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering and Related field.
• At least 8 years' experience in Interior Design, Space Planning and Interior work supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Project management Skill.
• Ability to manage deadline and Stressful situations.
• Proficient in designing and drafting using AutoCAD, 3D software, and/or Microsoft Office.
• Able to work on weekends and travel for upcountry assignments.
• Good communication skills in English.
