- Role and Responsibility.
- Co-ordinate with the engineers, training supervisors, Production supervisors, and other concerns to review and update the training materials for specific processes and stations.
- Conduct training and evaluation to certify/recertify employees.
- Perform on-the-job training for employees and ensure they are qualified for their jobs.
- Training and monitoring (e.g. - Training material, OJT Training period etc.) employees at their workstation.
- Provide details and training recommendations to employees within the organization so that employees receive appropriate knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
- Required Qualification.
- Vocational Certificate degree in any field.
- Good human relations, enthusiastic about work, and can learn new tasks well.
- Can work under pressure.
- Be a mentor to operators and have a service Mind.
- Able to use basic computer programs well such as Window office.
