• Hands-on experience testing to industry standards such as IEEE 802.3, ITU-T, OIF-CEI, MSA specifications (SFF-8636, CMIS), and Ethernet/Fibre Channel protocols.
• Experience with optical/RF test equipment including BERT (Bit Error Rate Testers), optical power meters, optical spectrum analyzers (OSA), sampling/real-time.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems of diverse scope.
