• Control inventory of equipment to assure no shortage or standby of rigs (or other operating units) due to unavailability of the equipment.
• Prepare Call for Tender (CFT) package and participate in bids evaluation and selection of equipment and service contractors, based on defined scope of services; technical specifications, SSHE requirements, and commercial proposals at company s best interest.
• Serve as Contracts Holder to ensure performance of contract/services.
• Provide advice and resolve problems on technical/operational aspects in order to eliminate any delay in the work schedule.
• Review and update Operation Procedure Manual (OPM) for each activity.
