• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and support video production activities, including project coordination, storyboard development, and production data management.
• Produce and edit video content by transforming raw footage into cohesive and engaging visual narratives in line with creative direction.
• Execute post-production processes, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements, to ensure high-quality final content.
• Render and export video content in platform-specific formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios to ensure optimal performance across digital channels.
• Design and develop branded visual assets, including digital content and thumbnails, to enhance brand consistency, content visibility, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency while supporting content planning and creative concept development.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices while managing digital assets to enhance content quality, audience engagement, and asset utilization.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine and Applied Arts (Digital Media Design and Motion Pictures) or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial & marketing role for energy business.
• Experienced in planning, creating, and delivering videos aligned with project goals.
• Proficient in video production, motion graphics, and graphic design using standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva).
• Creativity, communication, collaboration, time management, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
