- Perform reliability testing. Write test reports and provide analysis of the test data,.
- prepare documentation and recommendations..
- Familiar with test equipment such as HALT and Environmental chambers, Power.
- supplies, DMMs, Data loggers, ThermocouplesIR cameras, Oscilloscopes etc..
- Lead meetings with customers to update the Reliability activities status.
- Work with the cross-functional team to ensure the products can meet the design specification and reliability goals..
- Conduct failure analysis (FA). Ensure that the Reliability issues have been resolved in the prompt and timely manner..
- Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, Installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data..
- May provide training in new procedures to testing staff or technicians..
- Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function.
- Knowledge/Skills/Competencies.
- Ability to read schematics..
- Knowledge of product and component failure modes and mechanisms..
- Effective communication skills and can do attitude..
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Typical Experience.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in hands-on testing of electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products, etc.).
- Typical Education.
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field.
