• Perform reliability testing. Write test reports and provide analysis of the test data,.
• prepare documentation and recommendations..
• Familiar with test equipment such as HALT and Environmental chambers, Power.
• supplies, DMMs, Data loggers, ThermocouplesIR cameras, Oscilloscopes etc..
• Lead meetings with customers to update the Reliability activities status.
• Work with the cross-functional team to ensure the products can meet the design specification and reliability goals..
• Conduct failure analysis (FA). Ensure that the Reliability issues have been resolved in the prompt and timely manner..
• Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, Installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data..
• May provide training in new procedures to testing staff or technicians..
• Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function.
• Knowledge/Skills/Competencies.
• Ability to read schematics..
• Knowledge of product and component failure modes and mechanisms..
• Effective communication skills and can do attitude..
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Typical Experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in hands-on testing of electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products, etc.).
• Typical Education.
• BS in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field.
