• Conduct testing for Samsung Wallet and digital wallet applications, ensuring overall functionality and performance meet requirements.
• Execute functional testing based on defined test cases for mobile wallet applications on both smartphones and Watch.
• Perform backward compatibility testing to ensure new wallet application versions function correctly with OS version and devices.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of wallet features, including user flows such as card enrolment, payment transactions and authentication.
• Perform transit card testing (e.g. Rabbit Card, MRT/Subway, Bus system), including real-life usage scenarios such as tap-and-go and balance validation.
• Checking application flow as compare with design guide.
• Checking the different supported wallet features (boarding pass, digital ID, etc).
• Record the fault or issues encountered during testing.
• Log capturing and perform basic debugging analysis to differentiate between phone and application/wallet issues.
• Work closely with Headquarter and R&D to solve problems encountered during the testing. Providing R&D support and maintenance for pre and post product launch, including reproduction and diagnosis of problem.
• Compiling of Test result and submission for approval.
