• Take primary responsibility for writing and producing content for the magazine's website, from developing story ideas and conducting research to writing, editing, fact-checking, and publishing high-quality content aligned with the magazine's editorial direction.
• Develop engaging Content Ideas, Topics, and Story Angles that are relevant to the target audience, with a particular focus on Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Culture, Entertainment, and emerging trends.
• Plan and maintain the website's Editorial Content / Editorial Calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, timely, and relevant content.
• Produce a variety of digital content formats, including News, Features, Interviews, Trends, Lifestyle Articles, Fashion Content, and other creative editorial content in line with the magazine's identity and editorial standards.
• Adapt and repurpose website content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other digital channels, tailoring content to the format, audience, and user behavior of each platform.
• Continuously manage and update the website, ensuring content accuracy, freshness, relevance, and appropriate presentation.
• Optimize and create content with consideration for SEO, Search Intent, User Engagement, and Digital Content Best Practices to increase website reach, traffic, and overall digital growth.
• Stay up to date with the latest news, trends, and emerging conversations across Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Culture, and Entertainment, and translate relevant developments into timely and engaging content opportunities.
• Work closely with Editors, Writers, Photographers, Graphic Designers, Video Teams, and Marketing Teams to develop and produce content across various projects.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Digital Campaigns, Special Content, Newsletters, Social Media Campaigns, and other special projects and initiatives of the magazine.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement across the website and social media platforms, using insights and data to continuously improve content strategies and effectiveness.
• Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Work on-site at the office and collaborate closely with both the Editorial and Digital teams to ensure smooth and effective content production.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a media or magazine environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as CMS platforms (WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights), and digital best practices.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement.
• Good English Skills.
