• The Assistant Outlet Manager will support Manager of area in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Restaurant or Bar, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a working knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meeting to ensure effective coordinate and cooperation between departments.
• Maintain the concept and position of restaurant or bar in the community.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for all meals period.
• Selecting, training, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, within Restaurant or Bar to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Provide knowledge and skill training to team both on the job and class room training.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• Forecast workloads and arrange work schedules prepared accordingly to guest needed.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

• The F&B Guest Relations Manager will support Restaurant Managers in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of Hostess team and Restaurant Reservations team, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and make sure all VIP and Hotel Guests special requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries all the restaurants.
• Professionally collecting information about guest preferences, special conditions, food allergies, main purpose of the guests, etc.
• Respond to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
• Obtain familiarity with restaurant policies and procedures about training, safety and security.
• Understanding all outlet layouts and table/ floor plans.

• Manages the Guest Services team, interviews, trains and schedules the staff (Roster). Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.
• Coordinates and liaises with various departments to ensure the hotel provides highest level guest experiences.
• Prepares management reports.
• Personally, inspects VIP and Special Attention guestrooms and ensures readiness for a perfect arrival experience.
• Meets and greets arriving and departing guests; Provides genuine hospitality and recognition, acts as host/ hostess.

• Keeps management informed of guest and staff related incidents; represents senior management in their absence.
• Ensures areas under supervision are perfectly maintained; conducts routine inspections of Public areas and guest rooms; takes proactive steps to rectify any shortcomings.
• Maintains a strong network of useful contacts in the service industry. Works with Guest Relations Assistant Managers and Guest Relations Manager on a Global Level to learn from each others successes and failures to develop a consistent product company wide.
• Screens next day movements for special instructions to various departments.
• Ensures pending follow up action is communicated to the next shift.
• Coordinates and manages the day to day operations; ensure the Angel of the Day, VIP / applicable guest recognition programs are fully adhered to and running smoothly within the Hotel.
• Assists with responsibilities in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Concierge, Bell Staff, Guest Services and lobby coverage.
• Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management and is also able to work in all shifts.
• Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.
• Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and direct superior.
• Candidates must have a firm knowledge of hotel operations and must have 2 - 5 years of experience in Management in Rooms Division. Candidates must speak read and write Thai as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Thailand.
