Control Tower Executive (Customer Service and Operations)
ที่ทีเอ็นที เอ็กซเพรส เวิลด์ไวด์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Provide specialist assistance to the Operations Supervisor for the successful implementation of the agreed Service Logistics strategy and for the profitable development of the Service Logistics value proposition.
- Provide customers with complete, accurate and timely, fault free service of order management, inventory control & performance.
- Complete root cause analysis and corrective action implementation activities allowing for customer retention, sustained customer experience & improving share of wallet through best in class status.
- Support the achievement of the divisional goals on revenue, cost and service by meeting the KPIs.
- Monitor service performance (on-time delivery, order fulfillment, delivery standards, etc.)
- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly achievement of the TNT service standards and on those required by the customer.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in service and profitability, support the leadership team in creating an inclusive environment, and advise on any potential risk to the business to line management.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in logistic management, business administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years' relevant work experience, but new graduates with internship experience in logistics field are also welcome.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy.
- Committed, enthusiastic and innovative.
- Strong communication, result orientation and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, analytical skill and systematic thinking.
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of team.
- Able to work afternoon shift (Mon - Fri, 1 - 8 pm) at Ladkrabang depot.
