• Responsible for all corporate legal matters, business review & operation to management in company
• Draft, review and issue lease agreements, legal letter and power of attorney (both Thai and English version)
• Monitor the compliance of the employees and support the compliance training
• Monitor the AML/CTF compliance and the customer due diligence
• Update business-related laws and regulations to the Management
• Working closely with other Departments on collection, debts management, litigation and government relation agencies
• Ensuring that all tasks performed by legal, comply with regulators and other related leasing and hire-purchase regulation
• Providing advice on legal compliance issues as required
• Other assigned task by superior

• Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 24-27 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• 3 years of experience preferably in legal department, collection of non-performing loan with banking, financial institution or leasing will be advantageous
• Strong leadership with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Member of Thai Bar Association or Lawyer's License
• English: Advanced Conversation Level
• Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
• Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
