• Analyze business performance, sales performance and initiate strategies to improve profit
• Prepare analysis, recommendations and presentations, and use them as a basis of execution, together with key stakeholders across marketing, sales & finance
• Prepare relevant reports daily and monthly
• Ensuring smooth process between operation and other department (sale, marketing, finance) including Partners
• Regularly communicate, brainstorm, and implement with sales department

• 0-2 years work experience, and a degree in business, economics, sciences or similar
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, great problem solver, and skillful in Excel is a plus
• A self-starting attitude – ability to work independently and take initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a small team environment
• Learn quickly, adapt and work hard to regularly deliver high quality output under pressure as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Thai and good English
