• จัดหา คัดเลือกและขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ขนส่งภายนอกตามหลักเกณฑ์ (AVL) ที่กำหนด และตามความต้องการของลูกค้า.
• ติดตามและรวมรวมผลการดำเนินงานผู้ขนส่งภายนอก (KPI) ตลอดจนหาแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้ขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด.
• จัดทำและปรับปรุงหลักเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก AVL และเกณฑ์การประเมิน KPI ให้สอดคล้องกับกฏระเบียบภายในและภายนอกบริษัท.
• การคำนวณและประเมินราคาค่าขนส่ง.
• จัดทำสัญญาผู้ขนส่งให้สอดคล้องกับกฏระเบียบและเงื่อนไขของบริษัท.
• ประสานงานที่เกี่ยวข้องระหว่างผู้ขนส่งกับหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น จัดหารถ.
• รวบรวมและปรับปรุงข้อมูลผู้ขนส่งภายนอกประจำปี เช่น ข้อมูลรถ ข้อมูลการติดต่อ อื่นๆ.
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขนส่ง จัดหารถ และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี.
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน.
