• จัดทำและบริหารเอกสารเปิดหน้าบัญชีคู่ค้า สัญญาซื้อขาย และข้อตกลงทางการค้า (Trade Agreement) ประจำปี รวมถึงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด.
• จัดหา คัดเลือก และบริหารการจัดซื้อสินค้าเพื่อจำหน่ายในร้านอินทนิล ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการลูกค้าและนโยบายบริษัท.
• บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Supplier พร้อมทั้งสรรหา Supplier รายใหม่ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบเงื่อนไขทางการค้าและเพิ่มประโยชน์สูงสุดให้กับบริษัท.
• ติดตามและบริหารการจัดเก็บรายได้/ผลตอบแทนทางการค้าตามเงื่อนไขใน Trade Agreement.
• วางแผนและบริหารการจัดซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับ Commercial Calendar โดยประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ การตลาด Supply Chain และ Supplier.
• สนับสนุนการเจรจาและจัดทำเงื่อนไขการค้าประจำปี เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มรายได้สนับสนุนทางการค้า.
• จัดทำเอกสาร IT Request สำหรับการสร้างรหัส/ปุ่มขายสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการขายและกำหนดเวลา.
• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการทำงานร่วมกับทีม F&B และทุกส่วนงาน เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ.
• จัดทำรายงานยอดขายสินค้าฝากขาย (Consignment) ร้าน COCO เพื่อแจ้ง Vendor และประสานงานการออก PO รวมถึงการชำระเงินกับฝ่ายบัญชี.
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำข้อมูลสต๊อกสินค้า Non-Beverage สาขา COCO เพื่อวางแผนผลักดันสินค้าและบริหารสต๊อกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ.
• ส่วนงานจัดซื้อและการบริหารข้อมูลสินค้า.

• รวบรวมข้อมูลการรับคืนและแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นรายสัปดาห์.
• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและแนวโน้มการรับคืนสินค้า แยกรายสาขาและจัดทำรายงานสรุปเพื่อควบคุมความเสียหายและลดการสูญเสีย.
• จัดทำข้อมูลเคลมสินค้าชำรุดเพื่อดำเนินการกับ Vendor.
• รวบรวมข้อมูลสินค้าชำรุด แตกหัก เสียหาย และ Short Pack ทั้งจากสาขาและคลังสินค้า.
• จัดทำรายละเอียดเพื่อประสานงาน Vendor สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้า ณ คลังสินค้า.
• สรุปและจัดส่งรายงานเคลมให้ Supplier เป็นรายเดือน.
• ติดตาม Credit Note (CN) จากสาขา COCO.
• ติดตามเลขที่ CN ประจำเดือนจากสาขาและประสานงาน AM ให้ดำเนินการคืนสินค้าบนระบบ POS.
• ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดสต็อกสาขาที่ทำคืนเข้าสู่คลังสินค้า.
• บริหารและควบคุมข้อมูลสินค้าและยอดสต๊อกในระบบ Web Ordering.
• ดูแลความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้า ราคา และสถานะการจำหน่ายในระบบ.
• ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตยอดสต๊อกให้สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลคลังสินค้าและสาขา.
• วิเคราะห์ปริมาณการสั่งซื้อเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาสินค้าขาด/ค้างสต๊อก.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการสั่งซื้อผ่านระบบ.
• ประสบการณ์: 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านงานจัดซื้อสินค้า การเจรจาต้นทุน-บริหารกำไร สินค้า F&B, สินค้าร้านสะดวกซื้อและสินค้าอื่นๆ ในธุรกิจร้านกาแฟที่มีแฟรนไชส์ หรือสายงานค้าปลีก.
• ความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง.
• ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานสินค้า และการบริหารผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่ม coffee non-coffee และสินค้าอื่นๆ ในธุรกิจร้านกาแฟธุรกิจร้านสะดวกซื้อ ธุรกิจอาหาร.

• Plan and execute UATs and live tests, partnering with developers and operations team to identify issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure smooth and timely release.
• Drive product delivery by working closely with Regional PM, QA / testing, and dev to ensure timely and high quality releases.
• Enable end user through product demos, training sessions, and good documentation to support adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, business case, UX flows, whilst ensuring technical feasibility and proper impact assessment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, Shopee Express, Shopeepay to align on product direction.
• Requirements: 1+ years of experience as Product Management, Technology, or similar roles.
• Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plus.
• Working experience in E-commerce, Payment, Return/Refund is a plus.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Product Development.
• Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to take system problems and structure an action plan.
