We are looking for a motivated

CSOC Analyst

to monitor and analyze cybersecurity events, investigate security alerts, and coordinate incident response with customers, internal teams, and technology partners. You'll play a key role in protecting customers' critical infrastructure while working with enterprise security technologies in a 24x7 Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customers' security infrastructure and security events through Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring platforms on a 24x7 shift basis.

Identify, classify, prioritize, and perform initial analysis of security alerts and incidents based on severity and business impact.

Investigate security events by reviewing logs, alerts, endpoint activities, and network traffic to determine potential threats.

Escalate security incidents to internal security teams or technology vendors in accordance with established incident response procedures.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the incident lifecycle until resolution.

Track incident progress and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA commitments.

Document investigation findings, incident timelines, identified causes(Root Cause), and recommended corrective actions.

Support root cause analysis and document investigation findings, incident timelines, and corrective actions.

Provide regular incident status updates to customers and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate operational records and update knowledge base documentation.

Participate in shift handover to ensure continuity of monitoring activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance monitoring effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in SOC, CSOC, Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations, or CyberSecurity.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Firewall, VPN).

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, Malware, and Incident Response.

Experience using security monitoring tools is an advantage (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, ArcSight).

Relevant certifications such as Security+, SC-200, CEH, CySA+, or vendor-specific SIEM certifications are an advantage.

Familiarity with Windows/Linux logs, Active Directory, cloud environments, and common security log sources.

Basic knowledge of threat intelligence, IOC analysis, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work rotating shifts in a 24x7 operation.

Good command of written and spoken English. A valid TOEIC score will be considered an advantage.
