• วิเคราะห์และนําเสนอ Insight เพื่อปรับปรุง Funnel และ ROI.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration.
• เป็นผู้นําทีมการตลาด/เอเจนซี่ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจและผลักดันให้ทีมทํางานสู่เป้าหมาย.
• ประสานงานใกล้ชิดกับทีม Admissions, Academic และฝ่ายบริหาร.
• ถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้าน Digital Marketing และ Tech Tools ให้กับทีม.
• Analytics & Dashboard.
• สร้าง Dashboard เพื่อติดตามยอดขาย, Performance และ Conversion Funnel.
• นําเสนอผลการตลาดและกลยุทธ์เชิงวิเคราะห์ต่อผู้บริหารอย่างเป็นระบบ.
• ใช้ AI Tools วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าและปรับปรุง Customer Journey.
• ปริญญาตรีหรือโทด้าน Marketing, Business, Communication หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ Digital Marketing 5 - 7 ปี (ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการศึกษา,International School จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Paid Media, SEO/SEM, CRM รวมถึง Lead Generation & Nurturing ที่เน้น Conversion และ ROI สูง.
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Digital Strategy, Data-driven Marketing และการใช้เครื่องมือ Analytics หรือ Marketing Tech Tools เช่น Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio.
• สามารถใช้ Generative AI เช่น ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Jasper, หรือ Marketing AI Tools อื่น ๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมและโครงการขนาดใหญ่ พร้อมรับผิดชอบเป้าหมายยอดขายและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน.
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
