• Support Bangkok IT operations, ensuring high service quality while adhering to defined IT standard processes.
• Perform meeting room health checks to ensure all systems function as expected; coordinate/escalate issues to the backend team as needed.
• Strictly adhere to IT asset management policies and processes.
• Assist the Asia IT Field Service Lead with special assignments as required.
• IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management: Collaborate with local and backend IT teams to manage and support IT infrastructure and security systems. Ensure IT tickets are logged promptly for management visibility and resource planning.
• Monitor and ensure assigned tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
• Properly close assigned tickets with accurate and complete information.
• Qualifications Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations support.
• Solid knowledge of PC Support.
• Ability to work independently with vendors.
• Project management experience in IT infrastructure deployment.
• Fluency in English and Thai are required.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
