• Active Sourcing & Candidate Acquisition.
• Conduct active sourcing for entry- to mid-level positions.
• Perform resume screening and initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical team requirements.

• Manage and regularly update recruitment data systems and dashboards to track candidate status across each stage of the recruitment pipeline (Pipeline Management) Prepare summary reports and analyze recruitment performance across various sourcing channels.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently coordinate and interact with candidates and professionals in technical roles.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and is proficient in Microsoft Excel or basic data management tools.

• Preparing/gathering hiring documents to new hires, including contracts, hiring documents and pre-employment verification.

• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
