• Lead full-stack architecture and system design for features used by millions of customers.
• Own complex end-to-end systems from React-based frontend to backend microservices and mentor high-performing teams.
• Design and evolve Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers that aggregate downstream services into optimized, UI-friendly contracts.
• Guide technical decisions across several squads, driving engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions at scale.
• What We're Looking For.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering (web, backend, or full stack).
• Hands-on proficiency with React and its ecosystem Next.js (SSR/SSG), TypeScript, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), component libraries, and build tooling (Webpack/Vite).
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, or.NET; comfort designing microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Experience building and owning Node.js/TypeScript BFF layers that sit between frontend and core services, including API aggregation, response shaping, and auth handling.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance fundamentals: Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, and rendering strategies (CSR vs SSR vs ISR).
• Familiarity with testing approaches across the stack unit, integration, and E2E (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end architecture on high-traffic platforms.
• Track record of technical mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and solving ambiguous problems.
