- ดำเนินการตามที่ได้รับคำสั่งจากผู้บังคับบัญชา.
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา.
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์, สรรหา, การจัดอบรม และการตรวจระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน รับรองระบบข้อกำหนด GHP, HACCP, ISO และอื่่นๆ.
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ EXCEL ได้อย่างดี.
- สามารถเข้าทำงาน 7:00 น.ได้ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on learning & development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Skills & Competencies.
- Working knowledge of Thai labor law, compensation and benefits structures, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills.
- Experience with talent review methodologies, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and process rigor in a lean, fast-paced team.
- Fluent in Thai and professional working proficiency in English for regional coordination with Singapore and Malaysia.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business and talent needs into development frameworks.
- Experience with competency frameworks, 9-box talent review methodology, and succession planning tools.
- Strong stakeholder management with department leads and senior leadership.
