• สนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุการเสียของอุปกรณ์และหาแนวทางแก้ไข พร้อมติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อไม่ให้อุปกรณ์เกิดอาการเสียซ้ำ.
• วางแผนและจัดทำแผนงานซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์ได้รับการดูแล ก่อนจะเกิดความเสียหาย โดยสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานภายนอกและข้อกฎหมาย.
• วางแผน ดำเนินการ และจัดเก็บประวัติงานซ่อมบำรุงปกติ (CM) และงานซ่อมบำรุงใหญ่ (Turnaround Maintenance) ให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ และระยะเวลาตามแผน.
• ศึกษาหาแนวทางปรับปรุงระบบ และอุปกรณ์ พร้อมทั้งออกแบบ และดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบหรืออุปกรณ์ตามการร้องขอ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท.
• พัฒนาช่างซ่อมบำรุง ให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ และมีวินัยในการทำงาน พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำ และฝึกอบรมทางวิศวกรรมเพื่อให้ช่างซ่อมบำรุงสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ถูกต้อง มีประสิทธิภาพ บรรลุตามเป้าหมายและมีความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน.

• We are seeking a qualified and proactive Mechanical Engineer to support the design review, construction supervision, and commissioning of mechanical systems for a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Thailand.
• The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems, particularly cooling and HVAC systems critical to data center operations, are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and performance requirements. The role will work closely with the Project Manager, discipline engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and technical excellence.
• Review and validate mechanical system designs, drawings, and specifications (HVAC, chilled water systems, piping, ventilation, etc.).
• Monitor and supervise mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and construction standards.
• Review and comment on contractor submittals, including shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of installation, workmanship, and progress.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, CSA, and ELV teams to ensure proper system integration.
• Support and oversee testing and commissioning activities, including pre-functional and functional testing.
• Identify and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and highlight risks, delays, and technical challenges.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings, providing input on mechanical systems and interfaces.
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections prior to project handover.
