• Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for Mechanical Project Engineer (Design Engineer) for Traction Power Supply Systems in the field of Railway Electrification.
• This is your role. What part will you play?.
• Design and preparation of construction drawings for DC switchgears and cubicles (For Traction Power Supply Systems in the field of Railway Electrification) taking into account both, the customer specifications and the Siemens regulations and standards.
• Methodic construction of switchgears with the 3D-tool NX/Team Center , modeling of components.
• Maintaining of product data/documentations in SAP.
• Elaboration of conceptional solutions and finding answers to ambitious constructive requirements.
• Technical support, analysis of technical problems and answering of technical inquiries in collaboration with the manufacturing, the project engineering team and the project management.
• Planning and controlling of one s own engineering work packages in view of date, cost and quality aspects.
• Awarding of work packages to external engineering service providers and controlling of the work results.
• Product support in view of standardization and documentation.
• Use your skills to move the world forward.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of switchgear construction and cubicle/cabinet construction.
• CAD-tools NX (Preferred), AutoCAD Mechanical, Creo (Standard and Steel Plate) or others solid 3D modeling program.
• Knowledge of relevant European and International Standards.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (schematic and wiring diagrams).
• Experience in design and planning of electrical substations.
• Experience in project realization, preferably in an international project environment.
• Verbal and written fluency in English.

• แก้ไขและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร (Corrective Maintenance) วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้องอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้ไลน์การผลิตกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด.
• ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการ (Process Improvement) มองหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ (Reliability) และลดต้นทุนการผลิต.
• ดูแลระบบสนับสนุนการผลิต รับผิดชอบดูแลระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบลมอัด (Compressed Air), ระบบไอน้ำ (Steam), และระบบน้ำหล่อเย็น (Chilling System).
• จัดทำเอกสารและรายงาน จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุง, ประวัติเครื่องจักร, และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, HACCP.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร หรือโรงงานที่มีไลน์การผลิตอัตโนมัติจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบเครื่องกล, นิวเมติกส์ (Pneumatics), และไฮดรอลิกส์ (Hydraulics) เป็นอย่างดี.
• มีความเข้าใจในระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (GMP, HACCP) จะเป็นประโยชน์.

• At Least 3 years experience in maintenance air conditioning such as comfort air, precision air, chiller air cool, water cool, pump motor: implement and support for mechanics-air condition systems in buildings or Data Centers.
• At least 1 years experience in designing air conditioners such as comfort air, precision air, chiller air cool, water cool, pump motor: implement, and support for mechanics-air condition systems in building.
• Able to Air - Diagram and Psychrometric chart knowledge.
• Able to work as a team and work in and standby on call on holiday.
• Able to work overtime if required and a hotline arrives (Less than 1 hour on site from your home).
• Proficiency in English communication is beneficial.
