• Banking Operations (Retail) - Credit Cards is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Consumer Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Consumer business areas and/or products, including auto finance, consumer banking, consumer lending, small business banking, credit cards, commercial cards, merchant servicing, mortgage banking, and mortgage servicing. The Credit Cards Operations area is responsible for operations and related activities supporting the Credit Cards business and/or products. • Client Services - Credit Cards - Fraud Monitoring is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities. The Credit Cards focus specializes in activities related to the commercial and consumer cards business. Responsibilities include the development of objectives, policies, and plans to maximize market penetration and profits, while also managing the overall credit risk of the business and collections. The Fraud Monitoring area specializes in first level contact with customers once possible fraud has been identified. Contacts customers to verify activity, handling certain fraud-related inbound calls.

• Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through deployment and post-production support.
