• ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาการทำงานของ Application (Incidents & Issues) ผ่านการเช็ก Application Log และ Server Log เบื้องต้น.
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงลึกด้วยการอ่าน/ไล่ Code และใช้คำสั่ง SQL สำหรับตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบ.
• ทำความเข้าใจ Application Flow และ System Architecture เพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาได้อย่างแม่นยำ (เน้นงานวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก ไม่ใช่งาน Helpdesk ทั่วไป).
• ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developers, System Admin และ Infrastructure เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างหรือปัญหาเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน.
• สรุปรายงานปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ (Preventive Action & Root Cause Analysis).
• รองรับการสแตนด์บายรับสาย (Call Standby) ตามเวรที่กำหนด.
• พร้อมปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลา (OT) รวมถึงวันหยุดในกรณีที่ระบบมีปัญหาฉุกเฉินระดับวิกฤต (Critical Incident Support).
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Application Support, Software Support, Linux red hat หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์การแก้ปัญหาแบบ Non-Helpdesk (เน้น Analytical & Technical Troubleshooting).
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Application Flow และ System Architecture เบื้องต้น.
• สามารถเขียนและใช้ SQL Commands ในการ Query และตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้ดี.
• มีทักษะในการอ่าน/ไล่ Code (Code Walkthrough) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาจุดบกพร่องของระบบได้.
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานงาน System Admin และสามารถอ่าน/วิเคราะห์ Application Log & Server Log ได้.
