• Provide advice on appropriate insurance solutions based on client's needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to them.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in system within timely manner.
• Maintain good records of customer accounts and update customer's information in system promptly.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve complaints or disputes.
• Stay up to date with changes in the financial services industry, including legislative requirements, trends and product innovations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Qualifications: - Degree holder in any fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Proactive and self motivated.
• Result oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Sound knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English language.
