• Support current projects involving writing, editing, researching and reporting
• Draft and edit blog posts, news articles and website copy
• Assist with copywriting for brochures, award submissions, reports and other marketing material
• Research subject matter, competitors, industry and target audience
• Research articles and information related to the subject matter to include in web articles
• Work with the Creative team to identify and understand high-level messaging and strategy
• Monitor trends in client s industries.

• You are able to work in an office, MFEC is currently a hybrid work environment but our team needs to work onsite 5 days per week for powerful collaboration with both inside and outside team

• จำนวน: 2 อัตรา.
• เงินเดือน: โปรดระบุเงินเดือนที่ต้องการ ตามประสบการณ์ และความสามารถได้เลย.
• หมายเหตุ: Sign Contract 1 Year (สัญญาจ้างงานระยะเวลา 1 ปี).
• ออกแบบสื่อโฆษณาทุกประเภท ทั้ง Offline/Online - Gen ภาพ AI เพื่อการออกแบบ Key Visual โฆษณา.
• รีทัชและสร้างภาพงาน Key Visual โฆษณา ใน Photoshop.
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Creative, AE, Copy Writer และลูกค้า.
• งานที่ออกแบบส่วนใหญ่เป็นงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (บ้าน-คอนโด).
• ทำงานตามข้อกำหนด CI ได้ เข้าใจ Brand Identity.
• ใช้ Illustrator + Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี (ใช้ Mac ทำงาน).
• รีทัชและสร้างภาพ Key Visual ใน Photoshop ได้ดี ถึงดีมาก ๆ > จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• ประสบการณ์ด้านออกแบบ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป / วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาออกแบบ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• รับผิดชอบ มีความละเอียด รอบคอบในการทำงานสูง (จำเป็น).
• ไหวพริบดี ปรับตัวเก่ง กล้าคิด+กล้าตัดสินใจ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี.
• เข้าใจและยอมรับในการปรับแก้งานได้ (เพราะต้องเจอบ่อย ๆ).
• เรียนรู้เร็ว ทันเทคโนโลยี ติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่อยู่เสมอ.
• ภาษาอังกฤษ: อ่าน-เขียน เข้าใจ และพูดสื่อสารได้บ้างพอสมควร > จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• ชอบ+สนใจ หรือเคยผ่านงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ > จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• ถ้าหากตัดต่อวิดีโอ หรือทำ Motion Graphic ได้ > จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• ถนัดการ Gen ภาพหรือ Video ใน AI > จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.

• คิดคอนเซปต์ ออกแบบ และ พัฒนาเนื้อหางานวิดีโอทั้งสั้นและยาวตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดูแลเนื้อหาวิดีโอตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น ระหว่างกระบวนการถ่ายทำ ไปจนถึงการเผยแพร่เสร็จสิ้น
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content Creator, Graphic Designer ช่างภาพ และทีมอื่นๆ เพื่อกำกับและดูแลให้ผลงานออกมาตามคอนเซปต์
• ดูแลและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของคอนเทนต์วิดีโอให้เป็นไปตามคอนเซปต์ที่วางไว้
• ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมผู้ชมและแนวโน้มตลาด ใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้มาปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์การสร้างสรรค์และการเล่าเรื่อง
• คิดรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่สามารถดึงดูดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เช่น แคมเปญออนไลน์, อีเวนต์, หรือกิจกรรมเฉพาะกลุ่ม
• วิเคราะห์และติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่ ๆ เกี่ยวกับไลฟ์สไตล์ อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม สุขภาพ ความงาม และการท่องเที่ยว
• ประสานงานกับทีมภายในและพันธมิตรภายนอก เช่น ทีมโปรดักชัน นักเขียน ผู้กำกับ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรืออินฟลูเอนเซอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน.
