• o ประสานงานกับ Marketing Agency หรือ บริษัทภายนอก เกี่ยวกับการว่าจ้างงาน การผลิตสื่อออนไลน์ ซื้อโฆษณา SEO SEM กับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้.
• o ประสานงาน Operation หรือผู้ดูแลงานปฏิบัติการ เพื่อสื่อสาร ข่าวสารกิจกรรมทางการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานหน้าสาขา ล่วงหน้า ชัดเจน และง่ายต่อการปฏิบัติงาน.
• ดำเนินการ งานจัดจ้าง/ทำสัญญา กับ Agency หรือ บริษัทผู้รับจ้างงานผลิตคอนเทนต์ โฆษณา สื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์.
• o ติดตาม ตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคา พร้อมจัดทำบันทึกขออนุมัติ.
• o เสนอผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติลงนามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ใบเสนอราคา/สัญญา/MEMO).
• o ติดตามการส่งมอบงาน ให้ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา ตามที่ได้รับอนุมัติ และตกลงกับผู้รับจ้าง.
• o ประสานงานภายในหน่วยงานการตลาด จัดทำเอกสาร PR.
• o ประสานงานทีม Procurement เพื่อดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง (เอกสาร RO/PO/INVOICE).
• o ประสานงานทีมบัญชี เพื่อชำระเงิน.
• ดำเนินการ จัดทำสรุปรายงานผลงานการประชาสัมพันธ์ Online ได้แก่ Impression Reach View Engagement และ Cost per view/ Cost per media หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสรุป Effectiveness รวมถึงข้อเรียนรู้ สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงแก้ไข เพื่อการพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้น เป็นประจำทุกเดือน เพื่อนำเสนอต่อทีมงาน และผู้บริหาร (Executive Meeting)..

• Design creative assets for fashion campaigns, including digital banners, social media visuals, livestream graphics, and promotional materials for category events, Super Brand Day, and major brand marketing campaigns on TikTok.
• Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating with internal teams, brands, and creators to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and adapt visual content for livestream sessions, such as overlays, product highlight graphics, and promotional visuals to enhance viewer engagement.
• Assist in campaign operations, including promotion setup, creator coordination, product delivery tracking, and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across campaign touchpoints while aligning designs with campaign objectives and fashion trends.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting, helping optimize future campaigns based on insights and engagement data.
• Manage creative asset updates and provide design support for ad-hoc marketing and campaign needs.
• Actively enrolled university student in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Basic understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, color).
• Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with data and good Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
