Content Creator & Graphic Designer (Contract)

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across both online and offline channels, including static graphics, artwork, and short-form videos.

The role covers the full content production process, from creative concept development, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing to publishing. The position is also expected to utilize relevant AI tools for content creation to enhance the quality, creativity, and efficiency of the production process.

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company's Brand Direction and Marketing Strategy, while maintaining a consistent Visual Identity across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Production

• Design artwork and visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, according to the Content Calendar.

• Create offline marketing materials such as brochures, banners, packaging, and other promotional materials.

• Ensure the Brand Guidelines and Visual Identity are applied correctly and consistently across all communication materials.

• Develop reusable templates for various content formats to support consistency and improve production efficiency.

• Content Creation

• Create both static visual content and short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to translate briefs into creative designs that communicate key messages clearly and effectively.

• Support content production from concept development and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, and publishing.

• Shoot and edit product photos and videos for marketing campaigns and social media.

• Maintain a consistent tone and visual direction across all content in line with the Brand Direction.

• Utilize relevant AI tools for content creation to enhance creativity, content quality, and production efficiency.

• Workflow & Coordination

• Manage production timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed according to the Content Calendar and agreed deadlines.

• Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and vendors as required.

• Organize and maintain creative assets, artwork, photos, videos, and source files in a structured and accessible manner.

• Coordinate with the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of content and marketing activities.

Job Qualifications

Education

Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Creation, or a related field.

• Experience in creating content for social media platforms is preferred.

• Experience in both graphic design and short-form video content will be an advantage.

• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and/or content creation work is required.
