• มีประสบการณ์งานด้านกฎหมาย อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ขึ้นไป.
• มีความรู้และเข้าใจในกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาเป็นอย่างดี สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประเมินผล แก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรค รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษา เสนอแนวทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์กับบริษัทมากที่สุด.
