Experience in the company

The company has very computer system. The organization is very flat. Less politics comparing to working with big companies. People have freedom to do their work and made their own decision. Everything was very dynamic and fun. Working with expat staffs improved my work skills and English writing skills. Good work-life balance and the staff got many holidays and annual leaves which you cannot find from Thai companies. The staff benefits overall is quite decent.
