Role Overview
The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Support Consultant supports enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transformation planning, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Track milestones, benefits, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare transformation dashboards and management reports
- Support change, communication, and adoption activities
- Maintain transformation documentation and governance artifacts
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in PMO, TMO, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs is a plus
