Commercial Team Lead
Lead channel strategy, distributor management, and market entry to drive structured and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prioritize channel strategies
- Manage and develop distributors across ETC and OTC
- Define market entry strategies for new product launches
- Oversee channel performance and alignment
- Ensure pricing governance and channel integrity
- Work closely with R&D and Regulatory teams
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related fields
- 5–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Health FMCG
- Strong understanding of ETC and OTC structures
- Proven distributor management experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory communication
- Strategic mindset with leadership capability
